HBA of Iowa (HBAI) offers a group health insurance plan for its members through Kunkel and Associates and Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Sales of newly built, single-family homes decreased 0.7 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 701,000 units in September off a downwardly revised reading in August, according to newly released data by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Census Bureau. The Greater Iowa City Area HBA, in partnership with Kirkwood Community College, today dedicated its 2019 Student-Built House at 2732 Farragut Lane in Iowa City. Keys were handed over to new owner Reach For Your Potential, a nonprofit organization that assists adults with disabilities.
