Members-Only Parade of Homes Tour

Membership has its privileges! Greater Iowa City Area HBA members get a sneak peak at Iowa City Area HBA Parade of Homes entries today between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

AWARDS BREAKFAST (7:00 – 8:00 a.m.):
Start your day at the Awards Breakfast, sponsored by CBI Bank & Trust, in the Timber Frame Barn at The Celebration Farm (4696 Robin Woods Lane NE, Iowa City).

We’ll present new-construction Builders Excellence Awards and the first Motto Award before members head out to tour the homes. The Motto Award is based on NAHB’s mantra to do business with members and goes to the builder or remodeler who used the highest percentage of Iowa City Area HBA member subcontractors on their parade entry. We’ll also announce our Lego Parade of Homes winners! Enjoy a Mimosa Bar sponsored by our Women’s Council with all tips going to the Scholarship Fund.

HAPPY HOUR (3:00 – 5:00 p.m.):
Conclude your tour day in the company of fellow Iowa City Area HBA members, and talk about the amazing homes you toured. The Happy Hour is at Tin Roost, 840 W. Penn Street, North Liberty, and sponsored by Hills Bank. We’ll be in the “coop” and right wing of the patio. Members receive one free drink ticket.
