The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association is here to serve our members. We represent the strength of the local building industry; builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, designers, engineers, real estate brokers, accountants, and other industry professionals.

- As a member of The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association you receive full benefits from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Iowa (HBAI). The strength of these three associations enables you to access a wide range of products and services throughout the country.
- The HBA will serve as a partner to represent you at all levels of government working closely with local, state and national organizations to protect your business interests. The HBA has built, and will continue to build, a partnership with these entities to develop ordinances and policies, which will enhance growth and future development while maintaining a focus toward quality.
- We create a positive image and generate support for development by giving recognition to the building industry and our members. We take great pride in the fact that Iowa City, Coralville and North Liberty are among the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the upper Midwest.
