Accessory Dwelling Units Lunch & Learn

Fair Housing is one of the most important subjects in our industry today, and it’s important to stay up on date on the latest advancements. This includes Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
Join us on November 2 from 11:30am-1:30pm to learn about ADUs needs, purposes, and uses, a review of current ADU ordinances across Johnson County, how they vary from town to town perspective, and experience from homebuilders that have built ADUs locally.
This event is hosted in partnership with the Johnson County Housing Action Team, the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS, and the Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association.
