The 2021 HousingIowa Conference: Housing at the Crossroads features fantastic speakers, including NAHB President and CEO Jerry Howard who sits on a Sept. 7 panel titled Housing Insiders. Joining him for that session will be Associate Vice President Economic & Industry Forecasting Joel Kan of Mortgage Bankers Association; Vice President of Public Policy Sarah Saadian from the National Low Income Housing Coalition; and Executive Director Stockton Williams with the National Council of State Housing Agencies.

They will discuss the status of the industry following the expiration of the eviction and foreclosure moratoriums, the new challenges facing the housing industry, including building costs and labor shortages as well as the very latest on new and proposed federal programs to support homeowners, renters and individuals facing homelessness.
