We’ll present new-construction Builders Excellence Awards and the second Motto Award before members head out to tour the homes. The Motto Award is based on NAHB’s mantra to do business with members and goes to the builder or remodeler who used the highest percentage of Iowa City Area HBA member subcontractors on their parade entry.  We’ll also announce our Lego Parade of Homes winners!  Enjoy a Mimosa Bar sponsored by our Women’s Council with all tips going to the Scholarship Fund.
