Members: Recruit ONE in 21 During May’s Membership Drive

It’s time for the Spring Membership Drive! You have four entire weeks to make some calls, send several emails and share the benefits you’ve experienced as a Greater Iowa City Area HBA member.

Every Iowa City Area HBA member has the power to make an impact on membership. This year, we’re asking just that: ONE in 21. Start during our Spring Membership Drive, May 1 – 31. Take that step toward supporting  membership growth, one member at a time.

Details

Teams: Four-member teams are comprised of one builder and three associates. Team captains are Adam Hahn, Watts Group; GT Karr, Sueppel’s Siding & Remodeling; Kevin McCreedy, McCreedy-Ruth Construction; and Art Floss, CBI Bank & Trust. Pick a team and get excited. Team standings will be updated and released weekly during May.

Commitment: Four phone calls across four weeks during May. More if you want. Secure that one member.

Where: Call from the comfort of your home couch or office.

Who Do I Call: Anyone working in the home-building industry that could benefit from membership. We can provide lists of names if you’d like. 

But What Do I Say: Personal stories are the best – tell what you get out of your membership. We’ll also provide talking points. Share the benefits available. 

Prizes & Recognition: Each member of the winning team receives two tickets to the Iowa City Area HBA Holiday Party – a $100 value! They’ll also be recognized at our November Annual Meeting. Every team’s a winner, but try not to land in last place, where you get gift cards to McDonalds.
